All Sales Final
All purchases and service agreements with AJ Sarcione and Intivine, Inc. are final. Due to the nature of consulting, coaching, facilitation, and speaking engagements — which involve dedicated preparation time and reserved capacity — refunds are not issued once an engagement is confirmed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed engagement, please contact us as early as possible at aj@getyourshine.com. While refunds are not available, we will work with you in good faith to find a solution depending on the circumstances and timing of the request.
Digital Products
Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
IdentityFlow™
IdentityFlow™ is currently free during its beta period. No purchases are required and therefore no refund policy applies.
