All Sales Final

All purchases and service agreements with AJ Sarcione and Intivine, Inc. are final. Due to the nature of consulting, coaching, facilitation, and speaking engagements, which involve dedicated preparation time and reserved capacity, refunds are not issued once an engagement is confirmed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed engagement, please contact us as early as possible at aj@getyourshine.com. While refunds are not available, we will work with you in good faith to find a solution depending on the circumstances and timing of the request.

Digital Products

Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

IdentityFlow™

IdentityFlow™ is a paid product. As with all digital products, access is non-refundable once the tool has been started or your results have been generated.
