Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ajsarcione.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, frameworks, methodologies, and brand assets including The Moment Before™, IdentityFlow™, Authentic Authority™, and the Resonance Revolution are the intellectual property of AJ Sarcione and Intivine, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

Services

AJ Sarcione provides consulting, coaching, speaking, facilitation, and related services through Intivine, Inc. Service engagements including Performance Reset, Peak Performance Reset, Check-In Sessions, and all other coaching and advisory offerings are subject to the terms below and any separate agreements or statements of work. Pricing, scope, and terms are established through direct consultation or confirmed at the time of booking.

Coaching Sessions

All coaching and performance preparation sessions including Performance Reset, Peak Performance Reset, and Check-In Sessions are subject to the following terms.

These sessions are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. AJ Sarcione is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health concern please consult a licensed professional.

What is shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent except where required by law. General observations may be shared in anonymized form for educational or marketing purposes only without any identifying information.

Full payment is required before sessions begin. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place. If a session is cancelled by AJ Sarcione for any reason a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost at your preference.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before each scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session are subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee per session.

No specific outcome, result, or performance improvement is guaranteed. Results vary based on individual readiness, engagement, and circumstances.

For sessions involving a participant 22 and under the parent or guardian confirms consent on behalf of the participant by completing payment. By submitting payment you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

Intivine, Inc. and AJ Sarcione shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any services described herein.
