AJ Sarcione is a brand, identity, communication, and energy coach who has spent twenty years helping leaders build from the inside out. Through his company, Intivine, he has worked inside organizations including Nike, LinkedIn, iHeartMedia, Yahoo, and Caterpillar, on a single premise: identity drives communication, communication shapes experience, and experience builds momentum.
AJ Sarcione is a brand, identity, communication, and energy coach who believes the input is always you. For twenty years, through his company Intivine, Inc., he has helped leaders, teams, and organizations find the identity that changes how they show up, communicate, and connect, working inside companies including Nike, LinkedIn, iHeartMedia, Yahoo, Caterpillar, Univision, Clif Bar, Hines, Verizon, and Northwestern Mutual.
The work traces back further than the client list. At boarding school, AJ won a 100-year-old award given to one person a year who exemplifies the qualities of building great friendships. He has been building platforms for genuine human connection ever since.
